FLAT SOCKS give you the ability to let your shoes speak for themselves. They never show, never slip around, and they let you rock out with no socks while keeping your shoes from becoming a stinky mess!
While FLAT SOCKS may look like a shoe insole, they don’t replace your shoe’s insole; they replace your SOCKS! At the end of the day you can treat them like socks, too—throw your FLAT SOCKS in the washer (and dryer) as often as you like!

- We will let you know via email when your order is ready for pick-up (typically within 24 hours of your order).

- If your order is not picked up in a timely manner, you will be invoiced for applicable shipping charges.
- Returns/exchanges must be made within 15 days of purchase.
- Items are only eligible for a return/exchange when sent back in the original condition in which they were received: unwashed, tags attached, and in original packaging. Returns/exchanges must be free of any signs of wash, wear, or odors.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping and must obtain a tracking number for reference.
- Before attempting a return/exchange, contact us. If you do not contact us prior to a return/exchange, we will mark your package "Return to Sender" and we will not be responsible for any lost postage fees you incurred.
- Gift cards, sale/clearance items, pre-ordered items, items won in a giveaway are not available for returns/exchanges, as well as other items as needed at our discretion.
